Citramin II contains a large array of macrominerals and trace minerals, but without copper and iron. There are individuals who do not need iron, including women who are no longer menstruating and most men. Individuals at low risk for an iron deficiency often do not need supplemental iron unless they have a chronic condition that renders them iron deficient.
